Delivery Rates:

• Flat rate of €4.90 for orders under €35.
• Free delivery for orders of €35 and more.

Delivery times:

Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Saturday) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm are shipped the following business day. Please note that shipping refers to the departure of the items from our warehouses to the carrier, not the final delivery, which can take between 3 to 6 business days depending on the delivery method chosen.

International Delivery:

If you are outside Europe, additional delays may apply. Although 95% of our parcels are delivered within 7 working days, exceptional circumstances may extend this period up to 3 to 5 weeks (weather conditions, stock shortages, exceptional events).

Order Tracking:

You can track the progress of your order at any time via our Track My Order page. We are committed to processing all orders promptly.

Cancellation of Order:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@counterscore.com as soon as possible. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed and/or shipped. Once shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Multiple Item Delivery:

In case your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately for logistical reasons. It is therefore normal to receive your items individually and at different times.

Address Errors:

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the shipping address. If a change is necessary, please contact us immediately. We will only be able to change the address if the order has not yet been processed. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information or undeliverable orders due to inaccessible or incomplete addresses. In the event that a package is returned to us, we will offer you the choice of a refund (minus shipping costs) or a reshipment. However, no reshipment or refund will be possible until the package has been received by our services.
