It all started at the beginning of 2021. It was a time when everything seemed uncertain, but I found refuge in something new and exhilarating: tennis. The first time I held a racket, I felt a spark. A simple curiosity turned into a growing passion. Every shot, every rally, every forehand was a small personal victory. Little did I know that this sport would change the course of my life in such a significant way.

The Craze Grows

By the end of 2021, tennis had become more than just a hobby. It had become a routine, something I looked forward to every day. Every practice session was a new opportunity to push myself, perfect my strokes, and enjoy the satisfaction of a well-struck ball. Tennis had taken center stage in my life, and every weekend was dedicated to the sport I was beginning to master.

2022

The Discovery of a Circle of Passionate Friends

In 2022, what started as a personal challenge turned into a collective adventure. I discovered a circle of friends who were just as passionate about tennis as I was. Very quickly, the weekend became synonymous with matches between friends. The laughter, the friendly competitions, and the camaraderie on the court reinforced my love for this sport. It was a moment of pure escape, where each match brought us a little closer to each other.

An Unsuspected Problem

But as our practice intensified, a recurring problem began to emerge: keeping score. While seemingly simple, this task sometimes became a source of confusion and discord. I then set out to find a practical solution to make our lives easier. After all, how could we fully enjoy the game if we were constantly preoccupied with the score? However, none of the solutions available on the market seemed to fit our needs.

Mid-2023

A Disappointing Search

In mid-2023, after months of research, the conclusion was clear: existing score counters were either too expensive, poorly designed, or simply ineffective. I was disappointed, but this disappointment lit a fire in me. Why wasn't there a simple, affordable, and practical solution for amateur tennis players like us? That's when the idea began to germinate in my mind: what if I could create a solution myself?

January 2024

The Discovery of Padel

As this idea matured, a new horizon opened up to me in January 2024: padel. This sport, a mix of tennis and squash, immediately seduced me. It was dynamic, accessible, and incredibly addictive. Very quickly, I immersed myself body and soul in padel, with the same passion as for tennis. It was a new challenge, a new adventure, but with a similar problem: counting points.

March 2024

The All-consuming Passion for Padel

By March 2024, padel had taken center stage in my life. I trained intensively, often all week, and every weekend was reserved for matches. But each time, the same problem reappeared: how to count points efficiently? It was clear that the need for a practical and affordable point counter was not only a question of tennis, but also extended to padel.

May 2024

Frustration Turns into Determination

Faced with this growing frustration, I realized that there was still no effective solution on the market. Rather than giving up, I decided to turn this frustration into a creative force. If no one had yet invented this ideal point counter, then it was time to do it myself.

June 2024

The Birth of an Idea

In June 2024, I made the decision that would change everything: I was going to create a product that would finally meet the needs of all tennis and padel players. I started drawing, imagining, designing what would become CounterScore®. It was an ambitious project, but I knew it was the solution I had been looking for for so long, and that thousands of other players were probably waiting for too.

July 2024

The Creation of CounterScore®

In July 2024, after months of hard work, the first prototype of CounterScore® was born. It was not just a product; it was the materialization of a whole story, of a whole passion for these sports that had changed my life. CounterScore® was designed to be simple, ergonomic, and above all, accessible to all. It was the reflection of this desire to make the game more enjoyable and less complicated for each player.

And now, in August 2024, it is with great pride that we launch our online store, CounterScore.com. This site is not just a sales space, it is the starting point of a new adventure, shared with all tennis and padel enthusiasts.
